Returns & Exchanges

At Collen & Clare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Return Form

  Locate the returns form included in your original delivery and mark the items you wish to return, specifying the reason for return or your desired exchange size.

• 2.
  Re-package Your Items

  Place the items and the completed returns form back into the original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact and the parcel is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Ship Your Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, making sure to obtain a proof of postage receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
